SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information

 

Please open and inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your shipment, call us at 803.719.5400 as soon as possible.

 

Some larger golf cart accessories or parts (e.g. Tires, Rear Seat Kits, Extended Tops) may require additional shipping charges, depending on the destination location. We will contact you prior to shipment if your golf cart gear requires additional freight costs. Please note, undeliverable freight orders are subject to a restocking fee.

 

Sales Tax

 

Due to the Supreme Court decision on June 21, 2018, we charge sales tax in the following states to adhere to economic nexus:

Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Conneticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersery, New York, , North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Every item we sell is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.

 

How To Return an Item

Please call our Customer Service Team at 803.719.5400 Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, to request a Return Authorization Number

 

Securely pack the items to be returned, and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. Parcels without an RMA number may be refused. 

 

Please ship the item back to the address provided by the Customer Service Representative. If you are returning an item due to shipping damage, a manufacturer's defect, or the item received is not what was ordered, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Unless returning with a pre-paid label, and for your protection, please use a shipping service that can be tracked such as registered UPS, Fedex or UPS. We cannot guarantee refunds for items sent via non-trackable means. We are unable to accept COD or freight-collect shipments. 

 

Once we have received and inspected your item, a refund or exchange (as requested) will be processed for all eligible returned items. Returned items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.

 

We strive to process all returns within 5 business days, however during exceptionally busy periods this timeframe may increase slightly. Please allow for up to 14 business days for your return to be processed, and up to 30 days for electrical and electronic items.
